    Active Microsoft Authenticator Vs. Your Phone Companion Connection...a bug?


    Greetings, after trying for 30 minutes to connect the phone to the WIN10 laptop via Phone companion setting with an email that has 2 step "off" but is connected to the Microsoft Authenticator, I noticed the run-a-round of going through the authenticator process and login to link phone to windows computer. After accepting the connection request, it said approved, then login failed. Now I know the password is correct and # to authenticate the linking. so...even after the approval...does the authenticator actually block the "Your Phone Companion Connection" from completing the connection? Seem
