Windows 10: Active Network

Hi all,
I had a problem with Windows 10 Pro (version 1511 build 10586.36)
while i connect Network by Wifi and Ethernet OK ( ping, use web brower...) but i cannot Update Windows, Access Windows Store...




i check Network Properties





How can i fix that

710 doesn't show my network in active network settings

I get signal and can call people but it doesn't show my carrier(Fido) in active network or the under the phone icon ,

it is just blank

Most likely your carrier does not use their own network but is roaming on a host network. Depending on how this is wet up you may see no carrier name, the carrier name of the host network or your own. There is nothing wrong with your phone. Normally your
active network should be mentioned in Settings>mobile network>Active network



Sometimes you will start to see the network name when you set the Data roaming options in the above settings screen to 'roam'. This will not cause any additional cost, but remember you set this as when you go abroad it will make your phone roam
on a foreign network automatically which would incur extra costs.
