Windows 10: Active option of a pop-up menu is not responding

Hi everyone, To download a YouTube video, I've found a procedure on web using VLC Media Player as under.Copy YouTube video's URL. Open VLC and click "Open Media" then "Network" and then paste the YouTube URL. Then select "Tools" and then "Codec Information" and copy the URL from "Location" and paste it into browser and right click the video and "Save Video As" to save the file.Problem is that when I click the "Save Video As" it doesn't work even the option is not dimmed or grayed in pop-up menu.I've tried it on "Microsoft Edge" and "Chrome" but all in vain. Is Windows 11 is restricting it or s

Feature suggestions - move to proper menus, add Options window

Suggestions:
1) Remove main menus from top left menu (system menu) and move them to a standard Windows menu, at the top.
Leave the 6 system menu items (Restore --- Close) in system menu, move all the rest to that standard main menu. The main menu can be auto-hidable - pressing Alt key to invoke it or hide it, similar to the way IE11 menus and many Windows 10 built-in apps' menus work.

2) And/or, add an Options menu or button, which would invoke a separate screen with GPU-Z Options, similar to how most Windows apps work.
Most Windows apps have a separate Options screen, which GPU-Z lacks - one should be added.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

Radeon Overlay not displaying all options

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?
