Windows 10: Active windows keeps refreshing every secound

Hi The current active window keeps refreshing continuesly. On the desktop the icons keep refreshing and on browser the page keeps reloading. MS word it's opening find and replace, I tried opening in safe mode and I am observing the same behavior. I tried sfc /Scannow and it found no errors.

I tried dsim refresh and it ran but didn't fix anything.

As last reset did complete reset of pc and still same issue.

Any help is much appreciated.

Suggestion - GPU-Z window Reload (refresh)

Thanks! *Smile Sounds fine (Ctrl+R as a 2nd way to do the same would be nice too).
IF you do not want to overburden the main window GUI with the extra Refresh button I suggest, Refresh could be added to the system menu in top left instead, and/or into Settings.
(such as add a button labeled "Refresh main tab" or similar text of your choosing to Settings)

here and follow the suggested steps to resolve it. If the error code isn't in the list, kindly send us the exact error code. You may attach a screenshot of the error. By the way, how did you get your copy of Windows 10? I suggest that you refer to this
