Windows 10: ActivID ActivClient x64 will not install on Windows 11

I need to download activclient in order to use VMware Horizon for remote desktop. When I attempt to download I get the error message "Failed to Register ActivClient Shared Store Service" then followed by the installation rolling back. Windows 11 Home Version: 21H2

activclient ActivID

I keep getting told that I do not have the right processor to download ActivID Activclient x86 7.1. What do I need to do to be able to download the file?
