Windows 10: actual volume level not updating correctly with volume control level

i am using a logitech G560, can view the issue here, in the video i used the mouse, a volume dial on my keyboard and normal +- controls, ive updated all relevant drivers, ive reseted my settings, the only workaround is muting and un-umuting which only then fix it for that instance. please help :

Recalibrate Volume Level

Have you checked the levels in the volume mixer? Pandora, when playing should show up, and you can set a level for it. And the others.

 

why don't separate between the controlling of the volume level of ringer to the controlling of the volume level of the music in Windows Phone

the controlling of the level of the ringer volume need to be separated from the controlling of the level of the music because when I hear music and the song is too loud and I want to decrease the volume it's also decreases the ringer and this is a very
very problematic

 

Recalibrate Volume Level

My Dell has always had an extremely high volume level with the volume meter at only 50%. When I'm listening to Pandora, I have to keep the Windows volume control at 25-30% and the Pandora volume control at 25-30%.

Is there a way to reset/recalibrate the control so that the loud 50 (or deafening 67% that it loves to default to sometimes) is reset to 100%?
