  2. Dipslay adapter driver problems

FYI the issue I'm having is not related to a driver version compatibility problem but to a Windows Update problem. I tried the steps described in mttsndrs suggestions and while I was able to do what was described, it never replaced the
Mircosoft Basic Display Adapter, which is the source of my problem. When I get the appropriate driver to load, I still get a "No drivers are installed for this device" in the Device Manager for the ATI Radeon HD 4200 display adapter.

  3. Display driver not supporting and device manager not showing Display adapter option

    Hi Maheen,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

    • Incorrect settings.
    • Corrupt or outdated display driver.
Try the steps listed here and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

I suggest you to download and install all the available Windows Updates including Optional Updates. Check if it helps.

    Method 2:

If the issue persists, i suggest you to uninstall and re-install latest display driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

    Step 1: Uninstall display driver.

    • Right-click on the Start Button and click on
      Device manager.
    • Double-click on Display Adapters to expand.
    • Right-click on the display adapter driver that is listed and select properties.
    • In the window opened, click on drivers tab.
    • In the drivers tab, Click on Uninstall option.
Now restart your computer and check, if the problem persists try step 2.

    Step 2:

Re-install display driver from the manufacturer website.

Let us know if the issue is resolved or if you need further assistance, we will be glad to help.

    Adapter and driver problems

IP configuration not valid - interference from ethernet adapter?

Solution 1: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1or Windows 10

    Step 1:

Go to Device Manager → Network adapters.
    Step 2:

    Expand it (Network adapters).

    Step 3:

    Select your network adapter

    Step 4:

Right click on your wireless network adapter or Ethernet adapter and then tap “Update Driver Software”.
(in this case your network adopter is Ethernet adopter so tap your Ethernet adapter)
    Step 5:

Now on a new window you will need to click on “Browse my computer for driver software”.

    Step 2:

Just go on hitting the enter after typing the each command.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
    Step 3:

Now to check if the settings are disabled type:
    netsh int tcp show global
    then hit enter.
    Step 4:

Now the thing left is just rebooting your system and just check if the problem is solved or not and just give feedback.*chuckle*Thumbs
