Windows 10: ADB and Fastboot

Hi I have difficulty with finding my phone in CMD. Fastboot devices and ADB devices can not be found in CMD.I have changed cable. Installed latest drivers but they are not compatible I am using Lenovo x240 and the phone I want to flash is Samsung m10s.I have downloaded latest updates from Lenovo but still no success.Does anyone have the correct drivers for Samsung m10 s and Lenovo x240.Can anyone help me.

[2] You do NOT uninstall it you simply Turn Off > How to Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

In most cases that I'm aware of, ADB does not "install" as a Windows program, working as a "portable" application instead. This means, all you have to do is to delete the folder with ADB. To be sure, check with the Control Panel -> Programs before and see if there is a corresponding entry. If yes, proceed in the same way as with any other Windows program (by selecting it in the list and clicking the "uninstall" button).
