Windows 10: Add an Application to the Exception

I started doing some crypto mining and the mining software is flagged as a virus. I trust the software and want windows to stop flagging only this specific software as a virus, I want it to stop deleting it occasionally and I want it to allow me to to run it with administrator rights as start up item without UAC. We get occasional power outages and this is important to be able to continue mining while I am absent from the rig. The only thing I m able to do consistently is to run it manually with UAC prompt and it still sometimes gets deleted.Tried several different things. I created exceptions

Since a specific application is giving you Exception access violation error, we suggest that you try to add that application to Data Execution Prevention exceptions list. See steps below:

• On the Search box, type Control Panel and choose Control Panel from the list of results.
• Click on System and Security, then select System.
• On the left pane, click on Advanced system settings.
• Select on the Advanced tab .
• Under Performance, click on the Settings button.
• Go to Data Execution Prevention tab.
• If DEP is turned on for you, click the Add button.
• Locate the .exe file of the program you wish to run.
• After you’ve added that program to the DEP exclusion list, click Apply and
  OK to save the changes.
• Restart the computer and try running the application again.

Getting a Microsoft .Net Framework Unhandled Exception on Application Windows 10

I've not made any recent changes to my computer besides downloading a few application which may have contained malware but have not scanned.

I have not done any troubleshooting steps when the unhandled message popped up. Should I use my Norton Anti virus to perform a full system scan and then perform a clean boot?
