  1. Add keyboard layouy through registry

Hi, a few months ago my keyboard used to switch layouts while I was gaming, and that used to drive me crazy, after searching for a few solutions i found out that the only one that would not add keyboard layouts to my PC was to delete all other layouts from my registry, and it worked, kinda. Now i got a new keyboard in a different layout and I'm having trouble adding this and any other layouts to my Windows, since I've deleted all of'em in the registry.

I'd like to know if there's a way to add a keyboard layout through the registry so I could move on w/ my life :

My better shot now is formatting the PC

    :)

  2. Keyboard problem in Windows 10

    Hi David,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

    • Press Windows key + X and select
      Device Manager
      from the list.

    • Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.

    • Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

    Hope the information is helpful.
