    Windows includes a special application desktop toolbar called the taskbar that shows on the bottom of a display screen by default. The taskbar allows you to find, see, open, and switch between your apps. You can also see the specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open.

    You can also add toolbars to the taskbar. The default toolbars include Address, Links, Desktop, and any new toolbars (custom) added by the user or an application.

    If you have more than one main display by default.

    All Tasks is a list of all available Control Panel items on your PC.

    This tutorial will show you how to add or remove a Control Panel All Tasks toolbar on the taskbar for your account in Windows 10.

    OPTION ONE [/i] To Add All Tasks Toolbar to Taskbar in Windows 10
    1 Click/tap on the download button below to download the ZIP file below.
    All_Tasks_toolbar.zip

    Download
    2 Save the All_Tasks_toolbar.zip file to your desktop.

    3 Unblock the All_Tasks_toolbar.zip file on your desktop.

    4 Open the All_Tasks_toolbar.zip file, and drag and drop the All Tasks folder from the ZIP to your desktop.

    5 Move the extracted All Tasks folder to where (ex: "%UserProfile%\Documents") you want to keep it saved at.

    The All Tasks folder only contains shortcuts, so it's safe to delete any items in it you do not want.


    6 You can now delete the All_Tasks_toolbar.zip file on your desktop if you like.

    7 Right click or press and hold on an empty space on the taskbar on your main display, click/tap on Toolbars, and click/tap on New toolbar. (see screenshot below)

    8 Navigate to the folder (ex: "%UserProfile%\Documents") you saved the All Tasks folder to from step 5 above, select the All Tasks folder, and click/tap on Select Folder. (see screenshot below)

    OPTION TWO [/i] To Remove All Tasks Toolbar from Taskbar in Windows 10
    1 Right click or press and hold on an empty space on the taskbar on your main display, click/tap on Toolbars, and click/tap on the checked All Tasks to remove it. (see screenshot below)

    I would suggest you to try the following steps to open the Control Panel in the system.

    Step 1: Opening Control Panel in Windows 10.


    • Open Run command box by simultaneously pressing Windows and R keys (Windows + R).

    • In the Run dialog box, type
      Control
      and then press Enter key to open the classic Control Panel.
    Step 2: Access Control Panel in Windows 10 from desktop.


    • Right-click on the Start button (Windows logo button at the bottom-left corner of the desktop) and then click Control Panel to open the same.
    Step 3: Launch Control Panel using search.


    • Open Start menu or screen.

    • In the search box, enter Control Panel and then press Enter key to open the same.
    Note: You can quickly access the search with the help of Windows + C hotkey.

    Step 4: Create Control Panel shortcut on desktop.

    • Right-click on desktop, click New, and then click Shortcut.
    • In Type the location of the item box, type the following path.
    explorer shell:ControlPanelFolder

    • Click Next button.
    • In the Type a name for this shortcut box, type Control Panel, and click Finish button. You can now double-click on the Control Panel icon on the desktop to quickly launch the same.
    Step 5: Pin Control Panel to Start or taskbar.


    • In the Start search box, type Control Panel.

    • When you see search results, right-click on Control Panel entry and then click Pin to Start to pin it to the Start menu or screen.
    Note: Clicking Pin to taskbar will pin the Control Panel to taskbar.

    Step 2 does not work at all. Anything from File Explorer and above does not launch at all.

    Yes all that will get you to the Control Panel if you have a memory (your human brain) that can handle all that info plus the other places you want to open.... So in the mean time where is this wonderful simple menu that lists 99% of all the places you want
    to get to in Windows 10???? written in =text type= a simple list form that's made for all us

    PS: I am sorry but that menu Microsoft is bragging about giving us back is a sorry
