Win 11 connecting to network shared printer

Trying to add a network shared printer to a Win 11 home laptop. The printer is connected via usb on a Win 10 pro pc & is shared & accessible to the homegroup network. The Win 11 laptop gives a 0x00000709 error when I try to connect through file explorer. The laptop can access other shared files on the pc. All network sharing options are correct.

"All" printer share from this win 11, even pdf converter, same error 0x00000775 for clients who are not win 11 , if the client is win 11, the connection is successful

if certain driver issue still logic , can't be all error , we have another user is win 11 build 22000 sharing printer all ok, why windows everything getting worst after update

We did try to update/add remove printers, same error,

any like those sfc scan , dism repair all did

Win 11 22H2 Pro was host, Win 10 clients was having error connecting with 0x00000709. Doing the additional steps you mentioned resolved the entire problem even though RPC was enabled at first.
