Windows 10: Add text to a .png file

Couldn't find an applicable forum. If there is a better place, please let me know.Kinda frustrated. Trying to add text in a special font to a .png picture.Tried to use Windows Paint new version, Windows 11. Seems I could add a text box, in the font I wanted, but couldn't figure out how to change the COLOR of the font. It appeared as BLACK. Web searches weren't much help. Is this NOT a feature in Windows Paint?Tried Windows Photo app. No where that I can find to add a text box. Is this "feature" somewhere in that app?If native Windows 11 apps can't do it, could someone recommend an ap

To enable text suggestion on your Lumia 640, you may follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings under your App list.

2. Search for Keyboard.

3. Tap the keyboard you're using to make changes.

4. Check the checkbox for "Suggest text".

Visual basic text file nightmare

Hello, I am writing a program that needs to be able to read from a text file and display its output into a multiline text box. I have this part done. my problem is, I need this to update in real time as the text file im reading from is a log that keeps track of uploading of files etc. the method i had had in mind to update the text box in real time was to loop the reading of the text file and add a thread.sleep(5000) line in the loop, giving 5000 milliseconds before it refreshes- this method causes the program to freeze. any other ideas on how to do this? Thanks in advance
