  1. Adding a Local User to work laptop

I am simply wanting to add a local user account for me to log in to my laptop for personal things, especially adding my own domain details for outlook that wont interfere or be accessed in my work profile. Tried asking 'our IT guy' who is actually just an off-site 3rd party IT contractor, who is unhelpful at the best of times since we aren't a large company and he want interested, and his response was simply: "The laptop is connected to the ******* domain. There are no local users setup on the laptop. All local users are disabled." Which is noncommittal nonsense, there is obviously a way and my employer doesnt mind this at all, but I must "just ask the IT guy to do it" lol Can anyone help please?

    :)

  2. New Local Account Not Working In Windows 10

    Hi Scott,

This issue could have happened due to corrupted profile on your Windows 10. We suggest that you delete the non-working profile on your PC and try to register it again.

    • Click on the *Start menu**. It's the Windows logo in the bottom left of your screen.

    • Click on Settings.

    • Click on Accounts.

    • Click on Family & other users.

    • Click on the account you wish to remove.

    • Click on the remove button.

    • Click on the Delete account and data button.
