    Adding a second account to Windows 10 for OneNote or Outlook keeps prompting for password


    When I add a secondary account to my OneNote app, it will prompt for a username, then prompt for a password. Once I enter the correct password, it asks to connect to Windows Hello. I have no choice but to hit ok, even though I turned off Windows Hello. When I click Ok, it prompts me for a password, and then it's stuck on an endless loop of me entering password, then it asking for password again. If I enter the incorrect password, it can detect that. However I am unable to add an account.This has happened to me in two laptops with Windows Hello where I cannot add account; it's just stuck in an

    The Outlook.com supports multiple email account and aliases. How did you add your another account? You may check the steps provided
    here. Usually, the second account will appear under the primary account.
    If you're getting an error, we suggest that you try re-adding your second email.

    Microsoft 365 Outlook keeps requesting password on Local Account

    I've been having similar problems but Outlook keeps prompting for my MSA Exchange Account number and it doesn't matter if I'm on a local or MSA sign in. I have to enter it twice and then I can work for a number of hours even turning off and on but then it comes back.

    I'm still on 1903

    Just as an additional data point I had problems adding GMail accounts to Outlook and found that I needed to turn on All Connected Experiences in Outlooks MS Account Privacy Settings.
