Windows 10: Adding/Changing Gestures/Shortcuts for Touchpad Controls?

That menu and the one below it are basically what I want to change or add to. I have absolutely no need for opening Cortana on the fly and I doubt I'll rarely find a use for needing to open the action center menu very quickly either. There are so many more useful options for this and for some idiotic reason there's no option for anything else in this submenu, not even an option to create your own shortcut.

With that said, is there a registry edit or other method of changing or adding options to this submenu or a way to change these shortcut taps without even having to bother with that menu? Most of the gestures as they are are extremely useful and I'd love to know how to make it that much better.

Any help will be thoroughly appreciated.

Unfortunately that was not very helpful. I know that there are gestures by default, but if you'd have read my question instead of just the title I'm sure you'd have understood what I'm looking for.
