    Hi Joseph,

    For us to isolate the issue, we'd like to know the following information:

    • Did you get any error messages when you tried adding this game? If so, kindly provide us the error message or a screenshot of it.
    • Do you encounter the same issue when trying to add another game aside from Escapists?
    If yes, then there might be an issue with the Xbox App. Try to uninstall the app and then re-install it again.
