Windows 10: Adding Gift cards as a Payment Method

Hi there, I'm just gonna get straight into it, I need help with adding a MasterCard Debit Gift Card as a Payment Option. only problem is that I can't due to me needing a Cardholder name and I don't have one on the Card because it's a gift card obviously so I'm wondering if there's a workaround for this or if I can't use it at all. thanks

How to use gift card without adding a payment method

I have redeemed a 10 dollar gift card from Microsoft rewards. When I tried to spend it, it says to add a payment method. I want to use the gift card to buy it. When I saw other people questioning the same thing, they replied that enter the 25 digit code with the gift card. But when I redeemed my Microsoft gift card from Microsoft Rewards, it emailed me with just the order confirmation code. But they didn’t gave me a 25 digit code. I don’t have a credit or debit card. I just want to pay with that gift card. Please help me!

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?

To add a payment method or switch between payment methods By default, apps are added to your phone bill when mobile payments are offered. To pay with a credit card instead:

• On the phone or on windowsphone.com, tap
  Add or switch payment methods on the purchase confirmation screen.
• Add a new payment method or change the payment method.

Like always, things are made difficult for the end user

HOW TO REMOVE A PAYMENT METHOD ?

I have removed my visa card, but now have my mobile operator listed as a payment method, how to REMOVE this ?
