Windows 10: Adding new user with same first five letters in email address to existing user

In Windows 10, if one wants to have two or more users, on the same PC, that happen to have the same first 5 letters in their email address, what happens. For example: - User 1: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - User 2: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - User 3: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 10 uses the first five letters to create the user directory. After User 1 has been create, what will happen upon creation of a Users 2 and 3, on the same PC?

  Type settings on the Windows search bar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts, and click on
  Family & other users on the left pane.
  
• 
  Now you can add new user account.

There is another user with my MSN email address.

I've deleted emails addressed to the other users name but would like this problem solved.
