    Additional File Explorer Columns added are blank e.g., "Sender Address" and "Cc"


    Hi, I am storing .msg files in OneDrive by dragging/dropping Outlook emails into File Explorer. In File Explorer, I see you can add additional columns from the View tab, but when adding any, specifically "Sender Address" and "Cc" they are blank. Where does that data come from, if it's not the .msg file? Thank you in advance, Morghan

    Adding an email address as a safe sender or adding them to block list

    Hi,

    To add the e-mail address of a sender in the Mail app. Left-click on the sender. Then add it to the People app through the dialog.

    • How did you added file count column for folders in File Explorer? What are the steps did you followed?
    • When you say, "actual file count is not displaying" is this issue specific to any folder or happening with all folders?
    • Have you installed any third party anti-virus on your system?
    Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if this helps.

    • Open File Explorer.
    • Click on View from navigation pane and choose Detail pane.

    Transfer file list with additional info to excel

    OK, yes now in Q-dir I can get the additional columns from the list. But exporting works correctly only for the visible lines of the list. Date and image size is blank för the reminder of the list. Or is there some setting somewhere that could correct this?
    Tried to print to .pdf but in the resulting file there are no tabs or other divider between columns. Spaces yes but not very helpful.

    I repeat; I suggest Microsoft includes an export list possibility in Explorer at earliest convienence.
