Windows 10: Additional mouse settings won't open

I want to check if the option ''improve mouse accuracy'' in the additional mouse options screen is enabled.However, I cannot seem to access that panel.From the settings panel, to the mouse tab, then ''additional mouse options'' Whenever I press the button, nothing happens. All other settings and buttons in that settings panel work fine, just not that one.From the control panel screen, through the search bar above, going to:Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\MouseDoes not bring me to the mouse screen. BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 that works only (right and left click works properly) but it won t moove. please help me and answer me as soon as possible.

 

Additional Mouse Settings would not open

I tried opening the hyperlink found in settings that says "Additional Mouse Settings" but it wouldn't work. I also tried going to Control Panel to open the dialog box from there but it wouldn't open.

 

Why are videos now opening with a single mouse click?

There's also a setting to INTENTIONALLY have items in Explorer open with one click. I gave it a try for kicks and never went back. It requires you to re-learn how you open much of anything, but once you've got it -- it makes things much faster.
