Windows 10: additional unwanted keyboard layouts

i have keyboard layouts, that i've never added to my system. To get rid of them i've changed my system language to german, deleted all other languages in setting except german, but still there're two english layouts left en-US & en-UK. how can i delete them? i don't need to roll between 2-3 english layouts, one is enough for me :

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

 

How to remove these random additional keyboard layouts?

Hello. I recently reinstalled Windows and somehow got these keyboard layouts that I don't need and not going to use. How to remove these random additional keyboard layouts of English language? I didn't install them. They appeared by themselves. Also, they do not show up in the installed languages list and I can't find them in the list with all languages available to install. I am using Windows 10 Build 19045. I attached 2 screenshots of how my language settings look. Do you have any ideas how to remove them?
