Windows 10: Addresses are being added to my safe senders in the pc app?

Using the Outlook app I am noticing that when I go into add a safe senders email address there are sometimes 2 or 3 I did not add. I don't even recognize the senders. They are not personal or private additions. How is it that they are getting into my safe senders list by some strange action?Thanks much! jep

Using the Mail app in windows 10 (not outlook) can you add an email address to a safe sender list

and also add an email address to a blocked list?

Hi,

To add the e-mail address of a sender in the Mail app. Left-click on the sender. Then add it to the People app through the dialog.
