Windows 10: Adjust precision touchpad scroll speed

Hi!I'm experiencing issues with a slow scroll speed when using the touchpad on my computer Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 I would like to have it increased.I've been researching this a bit online but haven't been able to find any support that remedies the issue I'm experiencing. Nothing seems to enable adjustment of the scroll speed. According to some sources the scroll speed should be inherited from the mouse setting. Increase Precision Touchpad two-finger scrolling speed?

The scrolling speed is too slow. It is a Microsoft Precision Trackpad on Windows 10, but I cannot find any option for scrolling speed in the Settings -> Devices -> Touchpad.

Changing the wheel speed of mouse did not affect the scrolling speed of the trackpad, but only the mouse wheel.

Is there anything like a Registry hack to adjust the scrolling speed of the Precision Touchpad?

 

Scrolling Inconsistency on Precision Trackpad

I am using a Dell XPS 13 9343 with a precision touchpad. Running the November Update of Windows 10 and latest updates installed through release preview ring. There is no separate touchpad app, and all settings are embedded in the control panel->mouse and
in settings-> devices->mouse and touchpad.

The problem I'm facing is with scrolling. Legacy apps ( Chrome, windows media player, ms office) all scroll normally, and I can adjust how fast they scroll from the mouse settings in control panel. The Universal Windows Apps (Groove Music, Microsoft Edge)
handles scrolling independent of the control panel. The problem is that scrolling in universal apps is very slow and there is no way to adjust it. Changing how many lines to scroll in control panel has no effect on modern apps.

So, I end up with a fast scrolling on legacy apps and slow scrolling on modern apps. The experience is highly inconsistent.

This problem is faced by all laptops with a precision touchpad. Is there any way to adjust the scrolling on modern apps on a precision touchpad?

 

Change the cursor speed for Precision touchpad

So I purchased a laptop recently which has microsoft precision touchpads. I want to know how to increase the speed of this touchpad past the minimum value. I attempted going into the registry and changing the "CursorSpeed Value" but even changing it to "20"
and checking if the settings are applied in the settings app is still slow.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad\CursorSpeed is the registry setting location.

Does anyone know of a way to increase the speed of the touchpad past 20?
