Windows 10: Adjust Track Pad Scroll Directions in Windows 10

I did a successful DELL restore. My laptop is now back to the way I had purchased it. Now my trackpad is back to original scrolling (backwards). When I go to the control panel and select Mouse, the system doesn't recognize I have a trackpad. How can I change this setting?

It pops up with a message, when I tap on mouse, Synaptics Pointing Device... Unable to connect to the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver. Here's a pic.

Windows 10 Track pad failure

I would suggest you to install all your Windows Updates as this seems to be a driver issue. If the issue still persists, try updating your track pad drivers from Device Manager and check. Please follow the steps below and check:

• Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
  Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.
• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate track pad drivers and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

Adjust scroll speed in Microsoft Edge

I want to adjust the scroll speed in Microsoft Edge so that it scrolls faster/is more responsive. How can I do this? I am using my Microsoft Surface Laptop's built-in track pad to scroll.

 

Mouse pad scroll direction inverted

My laptop recently upgraded to Windows 10, and now I have noticed that the mouse scroll direction is inverted. It is becoming very uncomfortable to use.

Can someone suggest a way to fix this in Windows 10? Thanks!
