Windows 10: Admin account unable to add an app to Microsoft Store for Education

I am wanting to make an app available in our Microsoft for Education Store. I have been able to find it in the standard Microsoft Store. see below image






And am also able to locate it in the Microsoft Store for Education when I am not signed in. However, you will note there is no option to purchase the app.





When I login with my admin account, I receive an error message and am not able to locate the app via search.



Has anyone else experienced this behaviour and are aware of why this might be? Or if there is a setting or something that would rectify it?

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

• Kindly let us know if you are able to see any error message/ notification.

I suggest you to login through administrator Microsoft Account and perform the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Re-register the Store App and check.

  Right click on Start button on the desktop and select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Here, User Account Control window pops up and click on
  Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
  
• 
  Type the below command in the Command Prompt:

  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
