Windows 10: Admin changed to another account - want to rechange it

Hello,On typing net user command in cmd prompt I can see that the administrator account is not my original account which is called Tirtha but rather another TESTUSER account which I had created to rename my username folder in C drive. I want to rechange the administrator account to "Tirtha" which shows a default account on typing the net user account. And later I want to delete the TESTUSER account.PS --- It should be noted that in control panel Tirtha is the administrator account and TESTUSER is the "local account". But the same is not shown when the net user command is executed in cmd pro

How to change admin user account name?

ah so main admin account is 'wizzle' which is what I am currently on
I make another account called 'wizzle2' (with admin rights)
I sign out of 'wizzle' and sign into 'wizzle2'.
And once signed into 'wizzle2', then I do the command prompt step and find the SID for 'wizzle' that is listed and go from there?
