    Hello,I have a problem that I believe will end up making me re-image this Dell xps13 laptop, running win11 home. I just recently had the motherboard replaced via Dell support due to memory errors as memory is embedded on motherboard, the motherboard was replaced.I have two user accounts on this laptop, both were "cloud" connected with MS login credentials. User1 is a regular user, NO admin. User2 is a admin privleged user. Logging in with PINs were the dominant way to log in.After the mother board replacement, both accounts PIN would not work and the MS login even said the PINs had to

    Family Admin is no longer available

    The family administrator for my children's accounts is no longer available to access their accounts. My son got a PC recently and because we cannot access the admin's account anymore, he can't leave the family group. He is listed as being 10 and under and is older now. Is there any way to remove his account from the family or another way to solve this?

    Hidden Admin Account Infected - Help

    Somehow my windows 7 hidden admin account got infected. I cannot open regedit, task manager or any virus program.. in fact.. most programs wont work.. but my regular everyday account is fine.

    The problem is this: I have been infected in my regular account before.. and running virus tools from my hidden admin account fixes them.. but I cannot do the reverse now because my regular account doesn't have access to my admin account.

    I know what the virus is.. its a rouge antivirus.. it mostly annoying.. Programs do open up for a split second before this rouge antivirus program closes it again and then lies and gives me a message that says, " Cannot open this program, the program is infected" LOL

    Its putting a lot of adware on my system but not crippling it.. but only in the admin account.

    What are your ideas?
