    Have just done a fresh install And I was the Admin after the restart comp reverted back to the normal Admin. And now I have lost all my folders under my Admin account Is there a way to get them all back safe I am under win 10/ 64

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Cannot access files/folders even though I am the only admin account

    Hi,

    To resolve the issue, we suggest you check for system file corruption. To run it, check these steps:

    • Right-click (or press and hold) the Start
      button, then select Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
