    My laptop wont boot to windows, keeps looping to troubleshoot error code 0xc000021a, I have forgotten the password i used on admin account, updted here but the laptop isnt connected to the internet so is stuck on old password, cannot use any features such as startip repair or cmd prompt..

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Ok, now this is weird: XP repair will not accept my new password! WTF?
