    Admin password


    Hi,I installed win 10 on my wife's laptop some time ago. She then set up two usernames, one to access the computer for herself and one for the kids. She was then given a laptop from work and that laptop has been mainly used by the kids. The problem is each time they need to install any apps, it asks for the admin password, which is the password for her log in, but she cannot recall the password. Is there any way of re-setting that password or removing it altogether? ThanksShahram

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    ok changed added admin password for d in safe mode!
    Ok, now this is weird: XP repair will not accept my new password! WTF?
