Windows 10: Admin problems

I turned off the admin on my PC but now there is no admin and I cannot access anything

start menu stopped working

Cannot get start menu to pop up. Worked till yesterday, now won't. Turned off computer and back on - still won't work

 

Admin Problems

Hi Jack. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

There are two effective fixes for that issue. The first involves adding the User back to the Administrative group where it may have been lost. If that doesn't work then enable the Hidden Admin used only in emergencies to create a new User Account to replace
the old one, moving files over before deleting it.

Oh dear, you should never remove or demote the last admin account or you can never install anything ever again. Fortunately there's a built-in Administrator account. It's currently disabled, but this Tutorial tell you how to enable it. Then you can log in as Administrator and make your normal account an admin again. You need Option 4 here...

For security, remember to disable the built-in Administrator account after you have finished using it.
