Windows 10: Admin Rights Removed

Hello, On my last update my admin login was removed and my current login had the admin rights removed. I do know that my computer has a company attached to it as i used it for work last year and now I can not remove them as I need admin rights. Is there anything I can aside from completely resetting my computer? I am almost to that point of knowing I have lost everything from the last 2 years, but being as this is partially a microsoft issue I am hoping there is some kind of work around?

admin rights keep disappearing!?!!

Hi guys,

I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: It is on Windows XP Pro.

• When did the last time that you have access the computer with Admin rights?
• Who removed the Admin rights on your computer?
• Does the computer connected on a domain or workgroup settings?

You can try to check the User Accounts and make sure that the computer is in Administrator account type.

• Press Windows key+X and select Control Panel.
• Click User Account.
• Make sure that the computer is set to be in Administrator.
