Windows 10: Admin user flashes and wont load but secondary user works fine

Hi on my Lenovo ThinkPad s145-15wl running window 11 home I had a critical system fault witch presented my with a blue screen and aqr code that I didn't have any way of reading. When I restarted the laptop the main singn in page works fine but when I singn in to the account that I i was using when the system fault happenedthe admin account. The desktop flashes with the mouse cursor showing the loading circle, with no taskbar. I cannot click on any i cons on the desktop or open any programs via shortcuts. The only thing i have managed to open is task manager.When I tried singing into my secon

Hello Everyone,

So I added a secondary administrative user on my Lenovo Ideapad. After installing windows 10 it doesn't work for both users. For the 1st user it works fine other than freezing every now and again. For the secondary user the menu button, cortana, clock and
other basic functions do not work at all. Please help as I have no clue how to make it work. Also the secondary user cant sign in unless they have admin access.

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
