  1. Admin..

My computer already has an Main Administrator Account that my daughter or I didn't sign up to and this account wont allow us to use our device as our own. how do I set it up to where my daughter or me are the only and main Administrators so we can use our device as freely as we can? I bought this computer for my daughter, not for an unknown Administartor that locks us from everything

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    • Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    • Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code: net user test /del[/quote]

Here click on Restart and then Restart now.
    • Type: net user administrator /active:yes (To enable Built –in Administrator account give the command Active: No).
    • Then press ENTER.

Step 2: From Built-in Administrator account give Administrator rights to your user account:

    • Press Windows Key + X key and click Control Panel.
    • Click on User account.
