Windows 10: Admininstrator account corrupted

so about a day ago, i was messing around on my laptop, and then i discovered the cipher command in the terminal this is in windows 11 btw and i ran it, and then without knowing, encryped every folder in my user directory. at first i didnt think it would be a problem, but 1 system restart later i cant acess my account. and i sends me a "we cant sign into this account"so what i did was: attempt to de-crypt all the foldersresult: all but some files including ntuser.dat were decrypted.next action: copy and paste a new NTUSER.dat from the deault user.result: when i sign into the account, it dis

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Yes, just do step 2 if you already know that the test account behaves correctly.

Step 1 was just to confirm the state of play because it would be reckless for me to suggest that you take away Admin status from what might have been your only Admin account.
