Windows 10: Administrative Blunder; No administrative access as far as i know

W10pro. Desktop Was trying to get rid of one Administative user that i had long forgotten the password for. Using a different Admin account i went into: Computer management; Local users and groups; Users. Clicked on that account i wanted gone and looked at the properties and saw a clickbox to disable it. I clicked disable it and apply. After checking back i see that my current Admin acct is also disabled along with "DefaultAccount", Guest acct and WDAGUtility acct. I have not been able to to figure out a way to undue what i did or gain back admin access. I did try using safemode which did

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.

To address your concern regarding account issues in Windows 10, we recommend creating a new user account using the hidden administrator. To access the hidden administrator, follow these steps:

• On your keyboard, press Windows + X.
• Select Command Prompt (admin).
• Type net user administrator /active: yes (Note: There's a space after "/" and ":").

After performing the steps above, log out to your current account. Then, log in to the hidden administrator. Next, create a new user account by following the steps below:

• On your keyboard, press Windows + I.
• Choose Accounts.
• Select Family & other people tab.
• Click Add someone else to this PC, and follow the onscreen instructions.
