Windows 10: Administrator account being accessed by non-adminstrator

I am the administrator of a Windows 11 machine and created a separate account for my son for him to play games and do school work. Somehow he has access to my administrator account even though I've changed the password multiple times it seems he has his own password that gives him access to my administrator account. What can I do to stop him from accessing my administrator account? Not sure somehow he downloaded some program that is able to hack into my administrator account.

Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account

Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, my user account I normally is also an administrator account.

No and you'll see how netplwiz looks in my user account; the only difference when using it in the administrator account in question is that that account is listed, too.

This issue might occur if you are logged in as Default administrator account.

• To assist you better, please provided us the information below:
  
  Are you logged in as Microsoft Account or Local Account? Have you whether you logging into default Administrator account which will displayed as Adminstrator at the login page?
• Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
• Is the issue specific with opening a particular app or with all the apps?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to try to log out from the current user account and then try to login to the Microsoft Account with email address and password.
