Windows 10: Administrator Account & Edge

    Unable to open MSN Money, MSN News, MSN Weather App in Windows 10 with error code Ox80070002

    I tried all these 3 steps but they did not help. Also the Edge on the administrative account failed to work any longer. Are there other solutions to make the Edge & MSN Apps work?

    Pictures cannot be opened with error message "Remote Procedure Call failed"

    I did the safe mode as instructed & when I click on photos, mail,MS edge, none of them opens & there is an error message that the App "cannot be opened with the built-in administrator account. Sign in with a different account & try again" This original
    administrator account is the one I upgraded from Windows 7 to 8.1 & then 10. Just yesterday I make another user account a second administrator account. Can I delete the original adm account (is this what the error message called built-in adm acct?)& then add
    it back from my latest other adm account (which works fine)Will such action wipe out the installed Window 10?
