Windows 10: Administrator blocking installation

i am trying to install Data analysis softwares ; stata, Tableau, Arc GIS, yet an error comes that my admimnistrator has blocked my installation. i have already disabled antimalware and antivirus protection. kindly assist

I am trying to download some games from cd.

I keep getting a box which states blocked by administrator. Contact administrator.

I am listed as administrator, and can't figure out this issue resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.

Installation blocked by administrator

I have the same problem since installing windows 10. It says I am the administrator and then says Administrator has blocked for my protection contact administrator.!

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
