Windows 10: Administrator defaultuser0

Hello, before 3 months i got a PC from my school with Windows 10 for Education. The PC is meant for coding and making websites but after trying to install severall programs, the PC asked for administrator password. I searched up the net users and found out i have the defaultuser0 bug. Ive tried several methods Safe Mode, Command Prompt and trying to add a password and delete the defaultuser0 account but nothing worked since i do not have administrator perks. Can someone sugest what to do?

I am not sure how to do the first step but I tried the rest of the steps but since the defaultuser0 is administrator it stops me and I cannot finish the rest of the steps

I suggest you to follow these steps to remove the user account from your computer and check if that helps.

• 
  Press “Windows key + R” and type “netplwiz” press Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account (defaultuser0), click the remove button.
  

Follow the on-screen directions to complete the process. Once this is done restart the pc for the changes to take place.
