Windows 10: Administrator issues and PC broken

Hi,I am on windows 11. Today I have attempted to access an old hard drive using a hard drive reader. I had to give myself permission using the takeover command to access the drive, and after finishing what I wanted to access, I unplugged it. After this, a new admin account appeared and although my account was still considered admin, I had to click 'run as adminstrator' to open programs such as Discord, Chrome, and Edge. Other files did not require this. I tried to change the compatibility option in properties to run as administrator, but there was no option for this on the discord tab, and the

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

I suggest you to check if issue persists in Hidden Admin account. Follow the steps to enable Hidden Admin:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type ‘net user administrator /active:yes’ and press Enter.
  
• 
  Now check if issue persists on the Hidden admin account.
