Windows 10: Administrator Mysteriously Appeared on Login Screen

Can someone please tell me why an administrator suddenly started showing up on my login screen? I have always just had two users on my login screen. My normal user account and the administrator account, which I renamed. I know I can just remove it, but I need to know why it happened.

Login screen does not appear

Sometimes, like half of the time, when I put my laptop in sleep mode, it fails to wake up enough to display the login screen. I must do a hard restart in order for it to appear so that I may login.
Any suggestions?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

No login prompt at login screen

From the icons in the lower right it looks Shohambs has already done that. These only appear on the login screen AFAIK.




There should also be a list of one or more user accounts at the lower left, it's this that's missing. Without an account to select there won't be anything to sign in to.
