Windows 10: "Administrator/organization blocked this for you protection error although I am the sole...

Many applications I am trying to use are being blocked by my "administrator" "for my protection" I am the administrator of this device I personally bought it I've tried to completely disable windows security I've removed the the net user administrator and I've checked multiple times and I am the only account and my account is to my knowledge not connected to any organization. I do have a google user which is connected to an organization but has no permissions over my computer. This is also when downloading some files which I know are not infected with a virus. This is my personal computer and

If you are connected to a domain or an organization network, you will get this error when the site or the link is blocked by the network administrator, I suggest you to check with the IT department and unblock the link.

App Blocked by administrator

I cannot open MYOB, a message comes up that the app has been blocked for my protection. It says to contact the administrator. All help suggestions show sections that do not show up on my control panel

2. Which build of Windows 10 are you running on your system currently?
   
3. When do you get this error?
   
4. Have you logged in as an administrator on the device?

Sometimes this error occurs possibly due to the SmartScreen protection in Windows 10 which is enabled by default. By enabling built-in Administrator account and Logging into it will disable it. If you have already logged in
as an administrator, try the below suggested steps.

1. Right click on the start button and Click Command Prompt (Admin).
   
2. Type the command:
   
   net user administrator /active:yes
   
3. Press Enter and now close the command prompt Window.
   
4. Then click on your user account, then click
   Sign out.
   
5. Choose the new created built-in Administrator account to login and check the status of the issue.
