    Administrator password problem


    I was originally having problems with needing admin access to do everything, and while attempting to follow an online tutorial to fix this problen, I have landed myself in an even bigger one.
    On start up the computer automatically tries to log in as "administrator" rather than my old account. It requires a password, but I don't know what it is. The option to reset this password says I must have a password reset disk, which I don't have. What on earth can I do? I did the "shift+restart" trick to get to recovery, safe mode, etc. but all of these options still require me me to log in. Pulling my hair out over this! Any help is appreciated.

    Administrator Password Problems

    Surface Pre 3 with Win 10 64bit pro

    Have recently added a new user account as Administrator while making my main user account have no Administrator rights for extra security. Now when I need administrator rights, installing new apps etc.., the password is no longer recognized. When I try to boot
    into the Administrator account the password is still not recognized. I am sure that the password is 100% correct. This leaves me unable to install new apps or run ones already installed that require Administrator rights. What can I do to regain my Administrator
    account please?
