Windows 10: Administrator recognition

i am constantly stopped trying to change file names and am asked to get administrator permission. I am a home user and I own the pc. how do I change things so I am recognised as the Administrator?

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition

Facial recognition

Hello Bill,

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we will know why the facial recognition quit working:

• Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?
• Is there an error message when you try to sign using facial recognition?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

  Are you referring to voice recorder or Windows speech recognition?
  

I would suggest you to run the run the inbuilt app troubleshooter.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press “Windows” + “X” and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting and select View all on left hand side of the screen.
  
• 
  Select the Windows Store App and follow the instruction to troubleshoot.
