    Adminstrative Events reaching over 5,000 call by Microsoft


    I have received two calls from supposedly Microsoft Technician out of the blue . He alerted me to the amount of administrative events and said he would walk me thru the process to fix these issues.


    Is this a scam or a real MIcrosoft effort to help unknown customers?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    The following worked for me:

    Hi ,

    Ariel Acu has replied to the question Microsoft Solitaire events crashed that you are following in
    Microsoft Community.

    Thank you for the information. It turns out that the
    twinapi.appcore.dll files are corrupted, that's why you're getting the said error message. We suggest that you uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your computer, and then perform the following steps:

    • Press Windows key + R to open Run.
    • Type WSReset.exe and hit
      Enter      .
    • Open Windows Store and install Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
    Once done, kindly check if the game works for you.

    We'll keep an eye on your update.
