Windows 10: Adminstrator privilages

Hi Im using Windows 10 and for a long time I have used my pc as a local user without any password

but acouple of days lately I dont know What I did but somehow I created an adminstrator user and created apassword

and I forgot it



Another problem is that the password is only required when Iwant to install a program Maybe

but it isnt needed when signig in


Please help me

How to reformat USB Recovery Drive

Part of the commands and results were missing from the image.

Open adminstrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
diskpart
list disk
select disk #
(replace # with the disk number for the flash drive)
attributes disk clear readonly
exit

problem of sining in with administrator privilages

I am a fan of pc games that is by playing by the dvd rom but after all the installation is over when I open it I get the message sign with administrator privilages but I am the administrator so I donot know what to do I would be very grateful to get help
