Windows 10: Adobe Flash Graphic

Since I uninstalled Adobe Flash on my Windows computer, I've had a lingering graphic in the lower right corner of my screen. Although it lights up when I mouse over it and my pointer becomes a pointed hand, nothing happens when I click on it. I've right-clicked it and there is no option for dismissing it or deleting it. It stays on the top layer of my screen, so it's not like I can open windows and applications on top of it. It also doesn't seem to be going away with time. I have no idea what to do and it's very annoying. Does anyone know where I should start to solve this problem?

Steps to unblock Adobe Flash Player:

1. Login to Xfinity streaming on your browser.
   
2. If there is a lock sign on the left or right end of the URL/address bar, click on it.
   
3. Scroll down to find Adobe Flash Player and click on Unblock.
   
4. You should be able to stream once the Flash Player is Unblocked.
