Windows 10: Adobe Flash Player interferes with Windows 10.

I am running Windows 10 upgrade 9252. Every time Adobe Flash Player updates it stops Windows from shutting off the monitor in the preset time and will not let the system complete boot up. I then have to reinstall the Windows upgrade to correct the problem and everything then works fine. What can I do to solve the problem?

I can't find Adobe Flash Player

I realize that you are unable to find Adobe Flash player in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. I will try to help you with this issue.

To check if Adobe software package is installed on the PC, follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on Programs and Features.
  
• 
  You will get the list of all installed programs on the PC.
